Ana and Bo each hold their own fair coin. Every round, they flip simultaneously, and each player is finished the moment their own coin first shows heads. Whoever finishes in an earlier round wins; if both see their first heads in the very same round, the game is declared a tie. What is the probability the game ends in a tie?
