A casino floor manager blindfolds you at a table strewn with $100$ commemorative tokens and tells you exactly $20$ of them are lying crown-side up, the rest crest-side up. The two faces are indistinguishable by touch. Still blindfolded, you must separate the tokens into two groups containing the same number of crown-up tokens. How do you do it?
