Two-Thirds of the Room

At a conference icebreaker, every attendee simultaneously and secretly submits a real number between $0$ and $100$. The prize goes to whoever comes closest to two-thirds of the average of all submissions. What does game theory say the equilibrium play is, and what would you actually submit against a real room?
